Description
This stator coil winding machine is suitable for winding BLDC stator. It equips with servo system. It can automatically intert wire end, winding, arraying, indexing, cutting, demolding. It can diagnose fault, count output, etc. Other function such as auto winding, multi-diameter wires winding, auto indexing, auto skip slot and winding speed could be programmed in the touch screen. This machine is easy to operate and maintain.

Operation step
1. Power on the machine
2. Thread the wire
3. Put stator to the working station table
4. Adjust the tooling according to different model stator
5. Set the stator diameter in the touch screen then select the pre-set data.
6. Press "start" button.
7. Machine will automatically do winding.
8. Take out the stator
